Title: Implementation: How to translate guideline-supported evidence into practice
Abstract
In this talk, I will provide an overview of the methods and tools that have been developed through implementation science, and how they can be used to support implementation of guideline-supported evidence in routine practice. These tools include different types of frameworks, and methods of applying these frameworks to design and deploy implementation strategies, working closely with key stakeholders throughout the processes of implementation and evaluating implementation success.
