Headquarter Hotel Discount*
Receive 200 USD discount off the conference registration rate. Reservations must be made by the hotel reservation deadline (while rooms are available). You must stay at least 2 nights in the conference hotel in order to receive the discount. If multiple people are staying in a single room, all names must be listed on the hotel reservation. If you cancel your hotel reservation, the discount will be removed from your registration.
How to Receive the Registration Discount
Step 1: Make your hotel reservation AT THE HEADQUARTER HOTEL and receive your hotel reservation confirmation number.
Step 2: Log into the ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM and click on "Registration".
Step 3: Enter your hotel reservation confirmation number when prompted to receive the discount.
