E-Poster Kiosk (Sole sponsor: $20,000)
E-poster previews will be presented at monitors near the Exhibit Hall. Your company can enjoy visibility at the kiosks as well as the online e-poster portal.

- Single booths can be cancelled up until December 10, 2025. No cancellations will be accepted after December 10, 2025.
- No cancellations will be accepted for sponsorship levels, satellite symposia, and any additional sponsorship opportunities.
- Each organization is limited to one standard exhibit booth (10’x10’). Any additional booths to create a 10' x 20', 20' x 20' or 20' x 30' booth require silver, gold, or platinum sponsorship.
