Headquarter Hotel Discount

Receive 200 USD discount off the conference registration rate. Reservations must be made by the hotel reservation deadline on February 18 (or while rooms are available) and through the THSNA reservation link. You must stay at least 2 nights in the conference hotel in order to receive the discount. If multiple people are staying in a single room, all names must be listed on the hotel reservation. If you cancel your hotel reservation, the discount will be removed from your registration. Discounts cannot be applied after a registration payment has been made and discounts cannot be given for hotel reservations outside of the THSNA 2026 hotel block.

How to Receive the Registration Discount

Step 1: Make your hotel reservation AT ONE OF THE HEADQUARTER HOTELS and receive your hotel reservation confirmation number.

Step 2: Log into the ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM and click on "Registration".

Step 3: Enter your hotel reservation confirmation number when prompted to receive the discount.
