Satellite Symposia

The THSNA satellite symposia and product theater opportunities allow participating companies to maximize their visibility and impact at the Thrombosis and Hemostasis Summit of North America. This three day conference will be attended by health care professionals who work in the fields of thrombosis and hemostasis.

What’s included:

  • Standard A/V equipment including laptop computer on podium, presentation remote with laser pointer, LCD projector, projection screen, podium microphone, gooseneck microphone on head table, and wireless handheld microphone for Q&A. Please note standard A/V does not include a technician.
  • Four full meeting registrations
  • Acknowledgement of sponsorship in conference syllabus and THSNA conference websit
  • One email blast advertising your session sent and designed by the conference organizers

Important notes:

  • Sponsor is responsible for all catering and additional AV costs
  • All attendees must be badged THSNA registrants
  • Venues seat approximately 150-200 people in theater style, 100-150 people in classroom, or 100-150 people in rounds of 6.

Please note that satellite symposia/product theaters are offered to groups based on sponsorship level and date of request, and once a slot is secured it is non-cancellable. These will be confirmed in the Fall 2025.
