Announcement: In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and to ensure the safety of all of our attendees, THSNA 2020 in Chicago has been officially postponed until late August 2020. More information and exact dates will be posted as soon as it is available. We're all in this together and we thank you for your ongoing support. Satellite Symposia Checklist

Thank you for hosting a Satellite Symposium at THSNA 2020 in Chicago. This page contains information regarding your session as well as important requests for information.

Session Information

Satellite symposium information will be posted on the THSNA website here: https://www.thsna.org/2020/program-satellite.php. In order to include your session details, please send the following information to lorena@thsna.org. All session information is due by April 30.

  1. Session Title
  2. Name of Host Organization/Company as it Should Appear in the Program
  3. Logo of Host Organization/Company
  4. Session Description (less than 200 words)
  5. Continuing Education Information (will you be offering educational credits for your program?)
Staff Registrations

Each company sponsoring a satellite symposia/product theater is entitled to four full conference registrations. Please contact info@thsna.org to receive your codes. Conference registration codes must be applied by July 1.

Exhibit Directory Information

Please be sure to log into your exhibit account and add your company's most current description and a logo to ensure that your directory listing is correct. All company profile information is due by April 30.

Set-up & Signage

Each session room will be set for approximately 225 attendees in classroom style, space permitting. THSNA will provide a digital sign outside of your session room including your event information and logo. You are permitted to provide any additional signage to be displayed outside of your session room immediately prior to the program.

Exhibitor Ancillary Meetings/Event Space

THSNA 2020 has meeting space available for ancillary meetings at the Sheraton Grand Chicago. All meetings occurring during the conference dates must receive approval from THSNA. All room assignments will be managed by THSNA with priority given to sponsors based on sponsorship level and date of request. To submit a meeting room request and/or to review the full list of guidelines & room rental fees, please CLICK HERE.

Door Drop

The combined hotel room door drop is scheduled for Saturday, August 22. Please let us know by July 1 if you choose to participate. Participants are allowed a one page/double sided with pocket, max size: 8.5 x 11. All artwork and content must be approved by THSNA; Please allow 72 hours for approval. 1000 pieces will be needed. Once approved, please send to the Hotel no later than Monday, August 17 and please provide us a tracking number for your shipment.

Audiovisual Information

THSNA will provide standard A/V equipment including laptop computer on the podium, LCD projector, podium microphone, and projection screen in the satellite symposia/product theater rooms. You may order any additional A/V needs at your own cost by contacting us at thsna-av@thsna.org. Click here to download the AV price list. All A/V orders are due by July 13.


Conference Program: The conference program will include session title, description, logo and CME information (if applicable). The deadline to have the information included in THSNA promotional materials is March 23.

Email Blast: THSNA will send an email blast listing all of the satellite events to summit attendees and will direct attendees to the website for detailed information. The THSNA Email blast will be sent 2 weeks before the meeting on August 8.

Lead Retrieval/Badge Scanning

Click here to view the THSNA 2020 Lead Retrieval options. This service allows exhibitors to track and collect attendee information at your symposium or booth. Pricing increases after August 1.
