Exhibitor Checklist

Please find below information and deadlines that will assist you with your organization's participation in THSNA 2022.

Service Kit

GES is the official conference exhibit services company. The service kit for the meeting will be posted here soon!

Staff Registrations

Each company is entitled to a specific number of Full Conference Registrations and Exhibit Hall Only Registrations based on your sponsorship level. Please note that Exhibit Hall Only staff will not be permitted in any of the session rooms. These passes are for booth staff only. Conference registration codes must be applied by Monday, August 1.

Exhibit Directory Information

Please log into your exhibit account and add your company's most current description and logo to ensure that your directory listing is correct. All company information is due by Monday, August 1.

Exhibitor Ancillary Meetings/Event Space

THSNA 2022 has meeting space available for ancillary meetings at the Sheraton Grand Chicago. All meetings occurring during the conference dates must receive approval from THSNA. All room assignments will be managed by THSNA with priority given to sponsors based on sponsorship level and date of request. To submit a meeting room request and/or to review the full list of guidelines & room rental fees, please CLICK HERE.

Door Drop

The combined hotel room door drop included with the silver, gold and platinum sponsorship is scheduled for Wednesday, August 24. Please let us know by Monday, August 1 if you choose to participate. Participants are allowed a one page/double sided with pocket, max size: 8.5 x 11. All artwork and content must be sent to THSNA for approval by Tuesday, August 9. 1000 pieces will be needed. Once approved, please send to the Hotel to arrive no later than Monday, August 22 and please provide us a tracking number for your shipment.

Audiovisual Information (Ancillary Meetings & Events)

A/V needs at your own cost by contacting us at ancillary@thsna.org. Click here to download the AV price list. All A/V orders are due by Wednesday, July 6.

Exhibit Lead Retrieval

Click here to view the THSNA 2022 Lead Retrieval options. This service allows exhibitors to track and collect attendee information at your symposium or booth. Pricing increases after Monday, July 25.
