Please find below information that will assist you with your organization's virutal participation in THSNA 2022.

VIRTUAL EXHIBIT BOOTHS

We are excited to host a virtual exhibit hall which will allow attendees to easily engage with our exhibitors. Booths will include up to five contact areas based on the various sponsorship levels outlined below. Attendees are encouraged to participate in the Exhibit Hall Bingo Game and visit each booth, whether it is in-person or virtually, for a chance to win an Amazon Gift Card.

The virtual exhibit booths include a number of opportunities to increase your company’s exposure, as well as to interact with attendees. Company Logo

  • Vector art format (.ai or .eps) in RGB color.
  • Avoid wide images as placement favors square/tall images.
Header Graphic
  • Vector art format (.ai or .eps) in RGB color.
  • Wide images preferred; try to avoid tall images.
Video File
  • MOV or MP4 format.
  • May not exceed maximum allowed length of booth level.
File Downloads
  • Any format is acceptable - PDF advised.
Virtual Booth Panels
  • Image - letter format works best (8.5” w x 11” hw), vector art format (.ai or .eps).

EXHIBIT BOOTH DESCRIPTIONS

Company Logo: Your company logo prominently displayed at your booth
Company Description: A short blurb for attendees to learn more about your services/offerings
Contact Information: Details for how attendees can contact your company.
Lead Retrieval: Capture attendee information when they visit your booth.
Virtual Bingo Game: Incentive for meeting attendees to scan their badge at your booth. All attendees can enter to win an Amazon gift card, by visiting all participating exhibitors.
Acknowledgement on Website: Acknowledgement of your exhibitor level on the meeting website.
PDF Advertisement: An advertisement displayed at your exhibit booth. (Number of pages based on booth level)
Video Advertisement: Include a video at your booth for attendees to view. (Video length based on booth level)
Custom Header: Custom branding on your exhibit booth.
Virtual Booth Panels: These are included with the level 3 booth and may showcase an image. Companies may replace the corporate video advertisement with up to two panels in their virtual exhibit booth.
