Exhibits & Satellite Symposia Deadlines

Please find below deadlines that will assist you with your organization's participation in THSNA 2022. Please reference the Exhibitor Checklist and Satellite Symposia Checklist for additional information.

Monday, June 6 - Ancillary Meeting Space & Virtual Exhibits
  • Contact THSNA at info@thsna.org with you decision to participate in the virtual exhibit hall by Monday, June 6.
  • All ancillary meetings requests should be placed by Monday, June 6.
  • Monday, June 13 - Satellite Symposium
  • Satellite symposium information will be posted on the THSNA website here: https://www.thsna.org/2022/program-satellite.php. In order to include your session details, please send all session information to ancillary@thsna.org by Monday, June 13.
  • Monday, June 27 - Ancillary Meetings & Satellite Symposium
  • Catering for all ancillary meetings and satellite symposia should be placed centrally through THSNA at ancillary@thsna.org. Preliminary orders are due by Monday, June 27.
  • All A/V orders are due to THSNA at ancillary@thsna.org by Monday, June 27.
  • Thursday, July 14 - Lead Retrieval
  • Click here to view the THSNA 2022 Lead Retrieval options. Pricing increases after Thursday, July 14.
  • Please be sure to log into your exhibit account and add your company's most current description and a logo to ensure that your directory listing is correct. All company profile information is due by Thursday, July 14.
  • Monday, July 18 - Virtual Exhibit
  • All virtual exhibit booth components (vary by exhibit level) must be uploaded via your custom collection link.
  • Thursday, July 21 - Registration & Door Drop
  • Conference registration codes must be applied by Thursday, July 21.
  • Please let us know by Thursday, July 21 if you choose to participate in the joint door drop.
  • Monday July 25 - Exhibit Service Kit
  • Click here to access the THSNA 2022 service kit. Orders should be submitted to GES with payment before Monday, July 25 for best pricing.
  • Friday, July 29 - Door Drop
  • All artwork and content for the door drop must be sent to THSNA for approval by Friday, July 29.
  • Monday, August 1 - Virtual Exhibit
  • Virtual exhibit booth proof will be available for review and approval.
  • Monday, August 8 - Virtual Exhbit
  • Final virtual exhibit booth approval is due.
  • Wednesday, August 10 - Door Drop
  • Have the combined door drop materials delivered to the hotel by Wednesday, August 10.
